At Amado Clinic Aesthetic, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible. 2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible products. The return window begins on the date the product is delivered to you (as confirmed by tracking information) or the date of in-store purchase.

2.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and Unused: Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products, cosmetics, or any product where the seal has been broken.

  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, containers, labels, and any included accessories or materials.

  • Undamaged: Products must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear or use.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or packing slip) must be provided with the return.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for return once opened or used:

Any product that has been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken; products with damaged or missing original packaging; gift cards and promotional items; products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless otherwise stated); items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase; and products that have been tampered with or altered in any way.

Important: All products that remain sealed and unopened may be returned within the 30-day window regardless of product type.


4. NO RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned product, provided it meets all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.


5. RETURN SHIPPING

5.1 Prepaid Return Labels

Amado Clinic Aesthetic covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.

5.2 Packaging Your Return

Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original shipping box if possible, or a sturdy box with appropriate cushioning materials. Amado Clinic Aesthetic is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

5.3 In-Store Returns

If you purchased your product in-store or prefer to return your online purchase in person, you may do so at our physical location: 8585 Sunset Drive, Suite 103A, Miami, Florida 33143, USA. Please bring your proof of purchase and the product in its original, unopened condition.


6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call us at +17863043242 to request a return. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2 – Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 3 – Package and Ship: Securely package your item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Step 4 – Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund according to the terms outlined below.


7. REFUNDS

7.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid through a third-party payment processor, please contact the respective provider for information on how the refund will be applied to your account.

7.2 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect the product and process your refund. After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7.3 Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned product(s). Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).


8. EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time. If you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help coordinate your exchange.


9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

10. INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an incorrect item (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item to you at no additional charge. Alternatively, we can issue a full refund including shipping costs.


11. SERVICE REFUNDS

This Return Policy applies to physical products only. For information regarding cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling of medical aesthetic services and treatments, please refer to our Terms and Conditions or contact us directly. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, refunds for completed treatments are generally not available.


12. GIFT CARD RETURNS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us. We can issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used toward future purchases.


13. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, the same return policy applies. However, please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with the return shipment. We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return so we can assist you with the process.
